[size="5"]I have a week old son who was not getting enough milk on the breast. My paediatrician suggested doing formula top ups but still he was not getting enough and was losing too much weight. We have now decided to strictly formula feed. I am still producing milk though. My question is is do I need to express the milk that is in my breasts or should I leave them be? They are getting a bit engorged and sore.[/size]
